GDPR & Data Deletion

Under the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) website users have a “Right to be forgotten”. This means users who may wish to delete their data from the website must be able to do so. I have therefore installed a plugin which enables this to be done quickly and efficiently.

If you wish to view and/or delete the data this website holds about you (i.e. from form submissions, WP comments submissions etcetera) please click here. You will be asked to submit your email address and you will then be provided with all data held on file by the website pertaining to your email address, and will be given the opportunity to delete that data and “be forgotten”.

If you have subscribed to our ezine, this is managed by Aweber and this is fully GDPR compliant. We use “double opt in” and have ensured that all members of our email list have expressly consented to receiving emails. If you receive any emails from our ezine list but no longer wish to receive them, you will see an “Unsubscribe” link in the bottom, clicking this will unsubscribe you fully from our email list with one click.

Further information on data handling can be found on the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy page, and the Cookie Policy page.

Please Contact Me if you wish to discuss anything related to your data or data protection issues.
